WatchMan™ wireless intrusion detection system (WIDS)

WatchMan™ is a distributed wireless intrusion detection system with real-time, remote RF monitoring built to identify and detect cell phones, Wi-Fi hotspots, access points and Bluetooth/BLE within secure locations allowing constant automated signal monitoring in your facility.  It is the perfect intrusion detection solution for secure facilities where PEDs are prohibited or restricted.

Based on our new generation of smart and powerful cellular detection technology, WatchMan™ PED detector and RF signal locator, delivers constant mobile phone signal monitoring in your facility allowing you to detect all forms of personal electronic devices (PED).  You get a detailed picture of illegal phone use in your facility with this easy to understand, intelligent system.

  • Detects 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G phones using voice calls, data, SMS and also registration signals, TDD data transmissions, WiFi and Bluetooth.
  • Demodulates Wi-Fi and Bluetooth/BLE to reveal the MAC address of detected devices

WatchMan™ alerts the security office in real time, reporting the date, time, duration of detection event, cell ID/location and frequency band of the detected signal, who can then search for specific phones using our Hunter™ handheld phone detector
